blue desktop screen, spyware infection

i followed a couple of steps from tips on how to remove the spyware.
perhaps not everything is away but the pc isn't slow or something so it doesn't bother me.

but, i still got the anoying desktop wich says: spyware infection
how do you remove it, I want to use my own.

after the update from search and destroy just a few minutes ago its solved.
