I've done all of the prerequisites before posting this. My computer takes forever to do anything. Responces to mouse clicks is delayed. Booting up takes a real long time. WHen I ran Adware it took about 4 hours where it usually takes about 20 minutes. McAfee virus scan found 83 files infected and cleaned them all. I tried running house calls and let it run all night. When I got up the computer seemed to be frozen so it didn't complete that.When I moved the mouse the computer automatically re-started. Here's my file.

Well, I've done all of the following:
ran adaware, cws shredder,spybot,trend housecall, spy sweeper and trojan hunter. Many, many BAD things were found and eliminated. My computer still however was very slow on startup and slow sometimes to the mouse. Finally I disabled all of the mcafee stuff on startup and everything seems to be back to normal. I'll report back if there are any more problems.
