Hi, i need help in a drastic way because i got a bad spyware on my computer which i don't know how it got there. I need help because i can't start my computer because when it goes to the desktop it is giving me the blue screen and saying that it is dumping memory. plz could u tell me what to do to get rid of it because i using another computer.
