Amd sempron 2800+ Trouble need help

I have a barebones kit the motherboard is a foxconn k7s741gxmg-6l and the processor is a amd sempron 2800+, I get one long beep on powerup no video. So, I disconneted ide cables, took out the memory and still one long continious beep no display. Need help.
