explorer bombs, winfixer problem, who knows what else ...

Explorer back button rarely works, and it frequently bombs. I also have winfixer popup. I've tried cleaning up with various spyware programs, but nothing really gets rid of it. During start-up I also have messages that look like something's trying to access the internet before I get connected. Don't know what that's all about. I've got a mess.. Can you help? :tazz:
