Hello there ;)

If I don't use IE (unless I need to transfer money in bank account or pay bills)
Is it worth using IE Spy-ad? I trust that my B/F is not using IE cos I got rid of all the shortcuts on his desktop ( the things you gotta do :tazz: )

Don't know about Spy-Ad, but I hope you deleted your shortcuts that you don't want your B/F to use so they aren't sitting in the Trash Bin. ;)

If you share a pc, there are always ways to find out information if you know where to look. :tazz:

I bought a used pc and not one thing was deleted. I had access to a lot of stuff. All passwords were even remembered by a lot of apps. In fact, I logged all the lady's information, opened her e-mail account and left her the information and what to do in the future when getting rid of a pc. Then I re-formatted HD and did a clean install. Never did hear from the lady. Hope she wasn't too scare to get back on the Internet.

When you think the damage that could have been caused if that computer had got into the wrong hands.... :tazz: (don't ask me what kind of damage, cos I haven't a clue. )

Foxes are loony ...not crazy!

Just remembered that I checked up on this lady several weeks later. Couldn't get into her e-mail because she changed the password, but, get this, I clicked the "Forgot Password" link, filled out the information including the security question. Juno sent me her NEW PASSWORD!!!!! Of course, I went back into her e-mail and left another message telling her to be sure and change EVERYTHING. Even change the screen name, get a new account, etc. I gave up after that. :tazz: Of course. I doubt if Juno is that easy today as you have to be paranoid ;) today to deal with the stuff on the Internet. Just lucky I'm paranoid and crazy!
