hello i need to ask you guys a one question is the X800XT better than X850Pro?? my friend is telling me that it is but i don't know he has the X850Pro like i do and he wants to exchange it for X800XT so tell me if its a good or bad idea??

The x800xt is slower overall, but it has a few more pipelines. Still a tad slower. You wont notice a difference between 12 and 16 pipelines especially when the 12 pipeline card has a higher memory bandwith.

The x800xt has 32 GB/s "gigabytes per second" memory transfer rate/ memory bandwith and 16 pipelines.

X850 pro has 34.56 GB/s memory transfer rate/ memory bandwith and 12 pipelines.





now, the Radeon X800 XT PE is a hair faster than the x850 pro.


The Radeon X850 PE is faster than all the 8XX series.

In terms of real performane there isnt a jot of difference between them they balance out in real life(the x850pro is better though because if you have the balls you can unlock the pipes and make it faster.
