Hello, im new to this forum, but i was in the process of a routine cleanup of a friend's computer, and i noticed it was running very slowly, so while i was doing a virus scan with i ran into this

UWFX5_0001_N57M2811NETINSTALLER.EXE

McAffee picked it up as winfixer. It doesnt allow me to enter her username folder which includes all her application data, temp files, local settings, all that. I can access her computer, but only through safe mode and another user name such as the administrator log in. here is the hijack this log, done from the administrator login, so any help would be appreciated. thanks.
