SPyware infection PSGaurd

I have a serious spyware problem. I run Spybot and Ad-aware and they find the same issues repeatedly even after I choose to fix them. Please help. I first posted this problem over a week ago. Then I posted in the "over three days " forum and then was bombareded with emails in my personal inbox everytime someone posted in that forum. I am not very computer literate...please help. I am running Windows XP
