I am receiving an appliction error and need some help with WinstatKeep.exe, Application error. Don't know what this means or how to fix it. If anyone can elp this great.
HP
XP 2000 OR 2002
CABLE

She (my neice) claims -""WinstatKeep.exe-Application Error, The application failed to initalize properly(0xc000142) Click on ok to terminate the application" so I do that but then it like takes 20 clicks just for it to remove off the screen but they cant really get anywhere after they do that...". So that's the skinny. Any ideas? Run a general application repair kit? Help! Thanks, Steve
