L2M Permanent Damage? [CLOSED]

I recently wiped Look2Me and SpyAxe off my computer. After cleaning things up, I ran a disk defrag as well as a Disk Cleanup, but things are sooooooooooo slooooooowwwwwwwww. Its essentially L2M without the popups. Can anyone help restore things to a faster speed??
