Hey guys...

I'm not sure if someone else has had a similar problem or knows how to fix it, but this is what's happening...

When I try to log onto my e-mail the page goes white like I'm not connected to the internet. I can't log into ebay, yahoo, my school e-mail, anything to that nature. But I can log into myspace, facebook, my bank account.

Also... I just had Norton installed on my computer in August by a computer tech guy and now my computer will not let me open up Norton to run it for a virus. An error message keeps coming back saying that the program had a problem and if I wanted to send the information in.

I can't open Norton/run it/uninstall it.

Is there a virus that attacks thnigs like this? If you can help, I would be grateful!

I am having the exact same problem. I cant login into hotmail or ebay, yet myspace works without a hitch. Strange.

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.
