Help! Everytime I go online I get these obscene pop-ups titled "Crazygirls". I have used the Ad-Aware tool but the problem just keeps coming back. I tried reading the posts by 'bassadict' and your site's replies, but it was long and I could not understand what worked, if anything. I am a very basic user!
Please help, as I have young children using my computer and the popups are distressing.
