Spyware Problems

My norton anitvirus program has been having some problems. Whenever I try to configure the firewall, it freezes and I have to restart the computer in order for the window to close.

I ran a panda soft active scan, and found some things (see attachment). How can/should I remove these things, and will it fix my Norton?

I should have mentioned, I ran an ad aware search yesterday, and it found a virus called comet systems. I deleted it, but it may have been on my system for a while.
