Right now I own a linksys Wireless G-Broadband Router. If I wanted to get a newer/better Linksys router, would I have to get all new adapters as well, or will my current adapter work fine?

Your current adapters should work fine -- however, it really depends on what router you're upgrading to, and what adapters you currently have installed. In most instances, I'd say that it should be fine. A little more info can never go astray.
