i'm looking for a decent but cheap mp3/ogg player that will work with linux. i have an ipod, but it will die soon, seeing its been over a year and a half, and i might sell it. but idk. i want a music player that is small, and plays mp3 and ogg formats. it needs to work with fedora core 4, and would be nice if it was truely plug and play like a usb mini drive.

it must be of the "drag and drop" type, which you can just copy music on without the need for specific software. it can also be with or without built in memory, and if it has none, it must accept an sd card. any size: 128/256/512mb or sd slot.

does anyone have/heard of a nice one they would like to recommend?

Nothing really cheap here. The diamond is out of production i think.
