Microsoft Outlook 2003 HTML Email Error

Hi all,

i am able to send an html email using Internet Explorer 6.0.
I started by clicking on FILE -> Send -> Page By Email..

However instead of the usual Outlook 2003 popping up, nothing happens. Tried it again and it's the same thing, nothing happens. No Outlook popup ,etc.

I've tried sending an html email using Internet Explorer 6.0 on another PC and it works.

Anyone knows what's the problem?
