Pinnacle Studio 9

I just installed Studio 9. When I go to load the program it says unable to recognize image. Nothing from the program even comes up. Can someone tell me what I need to do.

If you just installed and it will not run, use add / remove to uninstall it, run disc clean up, disconnect from the internet, turn the anti virus off then re-install it, check the Pinnacle site for programme updates

Make sure you turn the anti virus back on afterwards
