when im trying to transfer my video to my computer. Im not getting any sound. the file types winamp media file. I really dont no what to do ..Please help!!

Hi,

What camera do you have? is it a video camera or digital camera with video mode... Can you tell me its model and brand...

How are you connecting it to the computer? eg. Firewire. USB. etc

What Operating system have you got?

What camera/video software do you use?

i had that same problem, but they would not play at all. vlc media player will play just about any thing with out a extra codec. i hope that helps
