No. Lets say i decided i want to add a new student 3 times.. I enter the details of the 3 students.

I want the program to have the details of all 3 students stored (while the program is still running), so i can print them, or preform other operations on them anytime i want.

Oh sorry. The problem occurs because you are re-instantiating your ArrayList everytime that they enter 1.

In the beginning of your class, where you declare the variable, instantiate it.

public class Main {
	// ...
	static ArrayList student = new ArrayList();
}
