Someone

Hello and welcome to the site.. :)

Run a scan with HijackThis and check the following object for removal:

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [WinFixer2006] "C:\Program Files\WinFixer_2006\uwfx6.exe" /min

Make sure it's checked, close ALL other open windows except for HijackThis and hit FIX CHECKED.
Reboot.

Click Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs and uninstall the following entry if present:

WinFixer2006 <= Anything that relates to WinFixer.

Next, navigate to and delete the following folder if present:

C:\Program Files\WinFixer_2006\

Empty recycle bin.

You don't have an Anti-virus program installed. Please install free version of AVG here. Dowload and install it, update it, configure it how you like, run a scan with it (remove all it finds - if anything).

Then reboot again (if there was something that needed removal).
