100% CPU Usage; DPC; & Hardware Interrupts

I recently eliminated Aurora from my computer. However, upon removing it and tons of other spyware, my computer is running totally at 100% CPU usage. It won't slow down. Process Explorer shows me high CPU usage for DPC's and Hardware Interrupts. Any ideas what is going on? Here are screenshots of my processes after startup:
