DSBrokerService - I am unsure how to do remove this [RESOLVED]

I was trying to turn off unwanted programs in my services in the msconfig and noticed an unknown in the manufacturer tab. I googled the name DSBrokerService and was brought here, I was horrified when I realized I have a Malware on my computer. I am trying to learn computer stuff but I am still new at this. Can you help me? First I download HJT right?
Then I run it, correct?
Then I post the results?
I won't do anything until I am affirmed at whether I am right or not.
I tried the live chat but it wouldn't load so I hope I am doing this post right?
