I have a XP SP3 machine that utilizes the right click -> send to feature to send files to vendors. They attach the pdf plus auto populate the subject and some of the body of the email. Its a very effecient process, except now, outside recipients are not getting the emails. The people that it is sent to that are on the same network / domain name recieve everything fine, just no outside email addresses. Ive tried maybe 15 external emails, all failing. Now If I create a new message, fill in the information then attach it manually it works everytime.

Whats up with the right clicking not working?

jaxisland,

From what I remember and have heard outlook does not like anything over 2gb and can cause corruption. Can you create another PST file to test with?

With all do respect tuxmaster 18727 KB is equivalent to .018 GB.

So the answer is yes I did have a pst less than 2 GB :)

jaxisland,

I apologize I was not clear in my thought process.

Have you tried creating a separate PST to test with to see if we need to repair the PST file or if it is another issue?
