TROJAN FOUND

I downloaded some Shareware from someone I did not know and got a Trojan, the message reads: TROJAN horse Dropper Generic DZD. I did a scan with Ad-Aware and it picked it up 1st, then my AVG program also picked it up, as it stands right now, it is in the AVG virus Vault, can someone tell me how to handle this, or by it being in the Vault is it already handled.

The two (2) programs I have running on my PC, in your opinion, will they do the job in deleting any Trojans. Also attached is my HJT log:
