I need to know if anyone knows how to get RID OF THE EDMOND.EXE VIRUS nORTEN HAS DETECTED IT AND can't get rid of it please help someone. I don't know much about computers please

Please help me I am new and have recieved a virus the edmond.exe one Norten cannot get rid of ot can anyone please help me and know how to get rid of it
