I am having problems trying to uninstall a product. I've tried several ways, one, uninstalling from the product itself and two thru the conrol panel, both times I get this message, Uninstall has caused an Error in KERNEL 32.DLL ...

Can someone recommend a product that's free in repairing this problem, or if a product is needed. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
