Moviepass amond other problems. Windows Update won't Work

Everytime I try to run Windows Update or HouseCall it fails. In the case of WU it starts checking for updates and hangs there. HouseCall does somethign very similar. I finally got HouseCall to run but it found something called fsupport and when i tried to remove it the whole window shut down. I have already cleaned off several Trojans and various spywares. Something called Moviepass is installed but I can't remove it. Please tell me what else I should try.
