deleting parental control software

My computer has "FilterPak" installed and I want to remove it. I do not have the administrator password and cannot uninstall via "add/delete' programs.

When I remove the program file at startup I get a 'reinstall' error message. Somewhere the program has hidden a file that I cannot locate.

Can anyone tell me where it is or where it may be. I can use 'dos' so all I need is help finding the file - without messing up other things of course.
