hi ppl

i have 10 GB hard disk in my computer and have two partitions ( C & D drives) .I have win 98 and win XP both installed on my pc. Now i want to format my C: only and dont want to format my D: so that i can transfer all my important files in D drive. I want to remove both win 98 and win XP and install fresh copy of both.
Pls tell me the steps involved in doing so. How should i format only my C: and not D drive. I have with all the necessary bootable floopy disks and drivers cd.

Pls tell me the procedure in doing so.
