getting a new case

OK, lets take a guess. You have a real tiny desk and the space for a computer tower is at a premium. What cases will fit, right?

ALL right, i AM playing with you. You really have not explained what you have as a computer now, and what you will be using. If you do not know what you already have then how are you going to go looking for what you need. What kind of motherboard do you use now. You might try finding out if you have a standard ATX motherboard or a mini-atx motherboard. The difference is ATX is around 12" by 9" and mini-atx are 9" by 9". This will determine what case you need. There are cheap cases and expensive cases. You need to decide what you want. I personally will always go for the pretty cases, but then again i now build my own cases. Most cases will fit just about any motherboard out there. Problems finding I/O panels and brackets for factory computer components crop up when switching to aftermarket cases.

I have seen the case you have chosen and find it kinda flimsy. I think a better choice for a much sturdier case would be this one.

For $5 more you get a much better case.

Another problem you have is finding a good heatsink for the processor. Dell is real cheap in their method so i would not even attempt to move their cooling system to a new case.

If the Dell motherboard won't fit the intel heatsink you will need to buy a aftermarket heatsink. The Motherboard should fit the case without problems.
