First thing I need for you to do is post a HJT log, I will need for you to download it below and follow the instructions.

As soon as you post it I will get back with you over your log please be patient as I look it over.

Click here to download HJTInstall.exe

• Save HJTInstall.exe to your desktop.
• Doubleclick on the HJTInstall.exe icon on your desktop.
• By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis .
• Click on Install.
• It will create a HijackThis icon on the desktop.
• Once installed, it will launch Hijackthis.
• Click on the Do a system scan and save a logfile button. It will scan and the log should open in notepad.
• Click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" to copy the entire contents of the log.
• Come back here to this thread and Paste the log in your next reply.
• DO NOT have Hijackthis fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.

I see you have both Norton and Kaspersky installed on your computer, please read below:

Anti-Virus programs take up an enormous amount of your computer's resources when they are actively scanning your computer. Having two anti-virus programs running at the same time can cause your computer to run very slow, become unstable and even, in rare cases, crash.

The one that I would recommend to remove would be Norton, its such a big program and its a resource hog.

After you do that I will need for you to run your antivirus and let me know what it finds, and I will also need for you to post a new Hijackthis log also.

Then after you post back here I will have you download and run some tools to get what the antivirus program did not.

Please post back with antivirus results and a new Hijackthis log.
