Spybot error message

I ran Spybot today and when it tried to fix problems, the following error message appeared: should I be concerned?

The application or DLL C:\windows\system32\comload.dll is not a valid windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.

Your log shows that you are seriously behind on windows updates. It is essential that you update your windows before we continue to help you as the infections could reoccur. Go to http://www.windowsupdate.com and if it asks to install software, let it. Then click on the Scan link and let it do its thing. When its done you will see on your left a section called critical updates. Click on that section and install everything that you can. When it prompts you to reboot, do so. Then repeat this process again until there are no more critical updates listed. Then post a new log.

I was surprised at your comment about being behind on Windows updates, since I have recently installed SP2. Indeed the scan shows there are no critical updates outstanding.

C:\windows\system32\comload.dll

Is not a valid DLL. It's usually associated with a dialer.

Be sure you're able to view hidden files, and remove the following files in bold (if found):
C:\windows\system32\comload.dll

It wasn't active in your log, so it probably an orphaned file. Your log is clear. <_<
