Can't get rid of WIN32.P2P-WORM.ALCAN.A!

Two days ago I tried updating Limewire from 4.9 to 4.10. I started geting pop ups and notice my system was running slow. I also noticed I couldn't open task manger to manually shutdown programs and the system resotr tab in the My Computer properties is missing. I tried a number of fixes from this board includiing the bfu.exe which ata least got me my task manager back. Unfortunately, the pop ups and unstable system continues. I now can't go to Microsoft Windows update site with out IE hanging.

I followed all the steps listed in the "Malware" section to attempt to get rid of this worm. Her is the most recent HiJack log file:

Please download and unzip BFUzip from http://computercops..../Merijn/bfu.zip
Run the program and click the Web button as shown here:

Use this URL to copy into the address bar of the Download script window:

Reboot and post a new HijackThis log.
