Got a new message for you all:
The procedure entry point SymsetSymWithAddr64 could not be located in the dynamic link library dbghelp.dll

What does it mean??

I suspect you need to reload a newer version of symantec software or update it....either the symantec file or the DLL it is trying to access have been replaced by newer, or older, versions.

I am going to take a guess and say you updated to sp2 and that this is an older version of symatec utilities or antivirus?

I don't run syamantec software unless Mcafee si symantec. i didnt do any updates??

Ok i checked out that support website but I am thouroghly confused by it. Do we know how I can fix this rpoblem?

Is it possibel to just copy the file from one folder to the next? I did a search on my machine and it came up with 7 total. So not sure if i'm missing one or maybe one of them is bad?????

Try copying them, if you have the real player one, it is as big as the Microsoft one, so that would be my choice

If you do not have real player, download it then use the one you get, as this should be a good copy.

Right click it, then copy, then open another folder then click paste, if it says the file already exists, do you want to replace it say yes

<lol> Sorry what i meant was how do I know where this .dll files belongs. Should I just replace all of the ones that exist on my machine allready with the exception of the realplayer one.

The real player one is the same as the Microsoft SQL, right click the in folder listing to get its location.

The others are this version

make a note of their location, download a copy to my documents then use move this file to put it where it needs to go
