i have been working on my computer all day now trying to get rid of

CWS_NS3
CWS_TINYO
trojan: Spooner-A

went out and bought spy sweeper and of coarse that didnt work, i have gone in and deleted all of the 2 and 3 word registry (local machine_software_Microsoft_Windows_Current_uninstall), but it still comes back whenever i open up my browser, maybe not the first time but always by the second time. i havent found much info on CWS_TINYO is it a new virus?
Please help, i got the computer 3 weeks ago.
