I have a file that i protected while working on another computer running word
2003. When i sent the file to my new computer and deleted my old account i
found i could not open this file.

I have the password for the file, i am not trying to break the file i just
need to be able to open it.

I have followed all onscreen instructions in word 2003 to download the
correct certificates. The final stage is for me to log into word using the
.net passport i used to download the certificate with. But it will not let me
log in?? i am using a hotmail account ???

For some reason it will not get through "Connecting to
corprights.microsoft.com" it just responds like i am typing in the incorrect password and keeps shwoing me the empty password field

i can email screenshot if needed

Any help will be greatly appreciated
