how do I make backups of all my messages to a CD?

this should probably be moved to applications, but from my knowledge, Outlook spits out emails in a file format know as .eml and so if you can burn those files to a cd, you have succesfully backed them up. but i whould wait for someone elses opion on this one.

Outlook Express is not the same thing as Outlook, Mile Runner. OE stores messages in DBX folders. DBX folders require OE to "read" the messages.
