What exactly do I need to do this?

Here's the computer I have

But I don't have that monitor if it means anything.

That computer does Not have that capability. You will have to buy a TV adapter card like the ATI TV video cards and disable your onboard video and install the video card and drivers. Unless you have a high definition TV or a TV/monitor you will not like the way the computer screen looks like on the TV. Heres a webpage on it.
