cannot display video

hello, i was trying to use reforce 1.1 on a 60hert lcd screen, and wen i set up the settings, it told me to restart my computer so that they could take effect. When i did that, it started windows as usual, but then it went to a black screen saying cannot display video, and i cant do anything after that, i could still here my sound in the backround, how do i change the resolution???

boot in safe mode, reset the video.
