XVI? sure you dont mean AVI. Can you play AVI files that havent been extracted from anything.

hope for sure you don't mean xvi...cuz that doesn't exist in any extension database i know of...if you are TRULY seeing xvi files...try changing that extension to avi

Yes, I mean AVI sorry. And yes I can play AVI files that haven't been extracted.

Try a different extraction program like 7-zip see if it can manage them just to make sure its not a corruption in your installation of the extraction software.

Is it all extracted videos or just certain ones. Also are you making sure not to run anyother programs while you extract if you do you can pickup errors in the extraction.
