Hi folks

I need a programme to use with midi files. I just need to do the following:

Edit and tidy up midi files to use as backing tracks(The files will either be downloaded or created by me on a keyboard)

Burn them (convert to wav??) to CD so singers can use them as backing tracks.

Free or commercial, I dont mind. But the other main criteria is EASY TO USE!
I have Cakewalk Home Studio 2002 and tbh have never really used it. Ive read everywhere that is great, but I get a bit bogged down in the help/manual. Should I persevere or is there a simpler programme?

Thanks

KC
