How to turn off windows automatic account lockout

Hello,
How do you turn off that feature that automatically locks the pc under the current user after so many minutes of inactivity(ex. where it says, "MCuser is currently logged in and only MCuser or administrator can unlock pc")? Also, how do you turn this on? :tazz:

right click the DESKTOP, choose properties, go to the SCREENSAVER tab, and uncheck LOCK DESKTOP...
