Are you using your own html editor or the onsite File Manager? Looking at your source code now.

Looked at source code and site. There are 6 frames that get loaded and on my PC that was a load time of 19.880 seconds at the time. There are all kinds of warning about the code:

Some of these are not correctable because of the nature of the problem page. You can't correct the ads generated by some of the scripts.
Maybe this info will help you to get most of your own code straighten up first. Hate to say it, but it looks like a nightmare with all the popups and floating menu stuff.

ok... what happens is the the service i am using suddenly has popups on the site itself...
help... i need a host ...
i am using photoshop to build the site and insert links and so on... then i generate the page and save it and copy it to the site's server using a file manager...

Do you have an idea of what hosting services you need or are you just looking for a better free hosting site?
Might check out Tripod.com:
You can Google for other and probably come up with Geocities.com, bizhat.com, etc. They all have their pros and cons. I kinda like bizhat.com for a free hosting site and still use it.

cjb.cc was great (for my needs at the time) before their server agreement got terminated. now they have ads. free-webhosts.com if you want to find a free webhost (duh lol). for myself i'm kinda fed up with free webhosts because whenever i find a good one spammers screw up their server and service and then it will have all been in vein. i'm thinking of just buying a domain name (.info is the cheapest i think), and use a free domain hosting service that i've found and bookmarked.

I think you'll like bizhat.com. If you use a FTP program, they have it set up so you can upload all your files to the site and not use the File Manager. I do my editing with MatrizY2K 2005 and upload to site using SmartFTP. Don't think I've messed with bizhat's File Manager in a long time now. Haven't checked to see if they still have one. 
If you want a good paid host, try godaddy.com.
