Hi,
since I got spyware or malware the other week I haven't been able to use Ctrl Alt Del to access the Task Manager, nor does it work when I try to access it through the menu on my taskbar.

Can anyone give me any guidance on how to resolve this tricky circumstance!?

I'd appreciate any help given!
Thanks

have you been cleaned of malware, by visiting the malware forum?

This often occurs because a group policy has been set on your PC in the registry.

Clearing this will not help unless you are first cleared of malware

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
