I have a HP laptop and my ac adapter is brand new, as well as my battery. The battery will not recharge while the computer is on...I have to have the computer turned off for the battery to recharge and at that I have to play with the adapter a little to get it plugged in just right for it the recharge light to come on. Any advice? I will gladly take the help!
