Firefox will not work

my ie works fine but everytime i try to use firefox it keep loading and will not connect to any website. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still nothing. i dont know why all of a sudden it will not work. If anyone can help i'd really appreciate it.

thanks for replying james. I'm waiting for the home page to load but if i type in any other site it's the same thing, nothing works.

try this, uninstall and then go and download the file from thsi site.

hold up for a sec, be sure that you still have you firewall running now! Just make it as an exception and it'll work fine with the additional protection, keep in mind though that you should only ahve one running. If you need additional instuction on how to do this please post back.
