I have found this forum to be a wealth of info.
I was hoping to find out if the msimg32.dll for win 2000 is different than the one for win 98se.
The one I erased (it was reported as messed) was only 3k.
The one I pasted in off the floppy I made with my 98se computer is 52 Kb.

Uh I also have 6 devices reported in IRQ 9.
I remember choosing singular IRQ's back in the days of DOS and win 95.
Is there a way to reassign IRQ's in win 2000?

My system is reasonably stable, Quake 2 runs (didn't crash for about 8 hours).
I think I'm fairly virus/trojan/worm free.
Just spent the last 36 (well ok the 24 before the last 8) defragging and running all the prescibed tools.
If I get major problems I might generate a Hijack log.
I don't think it's quite called for now though.

Oh and i think my AGP might be disabled.

any help appreciated,
thanx
