when i turn my computer on a message constanly pops up cant locate wininet.dll i log in and i have a blue or sometmes black desktop then i try to get on it with safe mode aqnd the same thing happens the only time it doesnt do that is with safe mode and command prompt can ne 1 help me reinstall the wininet file
