When I double click the Outlook Express icon I get three screens; one after the other, telling me that OE will not open - "maybe it was not completely installed" or "I may not have enough memory."
I only have 128MB of RAM but it shows 65% free. I have installed OE two different times. My ISP technician from NetZero.com is the one who suggested I start using OE for my email message center instead of using NetZero's message center - curious, huh!?!

Not sure if following is relevant to your problem:

llegal Operation at Startup

If the program throws this error when you launch it, it can show up in numerous forms, including being told you don't have enough disk space or unknown errors connecting to unspecified SMTP servers. Again, this is because one or more of the *.dbx files is corrupt or has been set to read only. Use Find to locate all .dbx files, right-click and select Properties then ensure none are set to read only.
